In 2011, owner Karen Bolmer fulfilled her dream of starting her own driving school. Transferring her 25+ years of experience as a driving instructor for well-known area schools she has built KBee’s into a company that allows her to better accommodate students’ needs and schedules. Without ‘big school rules’ or a franchise behind her, she is able to customize her instruction methods based on the learning style and needs of the individual she is working with. Since its inception in 2011, KBee’s Driving School has had an extremely high success rate and continues to grow and adapt to better serve the needs of the community.

Karen has completed the state-required training and certification process through NJ MVC and continues to monitor and research trends and changes in the driving regulations and procedures. She also participates in trade organizations and takes advantage of learning opportunities whenever presented. She must also have background checks and fingerprinting completed on a regular basis through the state.

KBee’s Driving School is a family-run program that specializes in the individual needs of our students. We want everyone to feel comfortable and prepared for the responsibility of driving, so we cover all aspects of drivers education through a program developed by the owner, Karen Bolmer.

With her twenty-five years of experience as a driving instructor in the state of New Jersey, Karen covers all required subjects and is experienced in helping students prepare for the written, road and real world driving tests that a student may face in life.

Behind-the-wheel instruction covers all aspects of driving, and includes pick-up and drop-off service and working with the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission helping new drivers maneuver the paperwork and policies.
